Inactive Building Sites

There are many inactive building sites across London at the moment. They are in a curious state of suspension - at the behest of a cash flow which for now has frozen. There are buildings sanctioned for demolition, waiting inconclusively to be turned to rubble, while buildings not yet erected remain the fantasy of their architects, just muddy bogs waiting for foundation stones.
